Reason for Admins to Unban: Pretty sure the 8 point threshold isnt a perm ban. Also, ulx gag *; ulx ungag * in console doesn't actually gag anyone it is superficial.
Have you been banned before (Link relevant threads): Probably for a warn threashhold for 3 days, never appealed.

Uhhh ulx gag *, in console even by a donor does gag everyone? At least it did today. It also show who is dead or alive (however this event was between rounds)....
I guess I can close this because the length of the ban was resolved, but (to me) it does seem like the warn is valid.

Warn is valid, this isn't a warn appeal.
When there are people on the server that cannot be targetted by donors, it shows every individual name, else it just says "everyone". What I am saying is if you type it with a semi colon in chat exactly like I wrote in the post, the server doesn't actually gag anyone and doesn't interupt any ongoing voice coms.
