Availability (Approx. times you play, and time zone): Pretty sporadic on weekends, sometimes just 48 hours straight practically. Weekdays a hard 5pm at the earliest to around 10pm at the latest, EST
What have been some challenges you've faced as a Trusted?: Actually being trusted on server? Not much, really. Most of the challenge comes from pulling reports when I'm used to waiting for a response before I pull a report, while most people pull it the second they see it...and then don't work on it for multiple rounds because they stop dying...smh. Other thing is just general growing pains with certain rules and how they're implemented. Sometimes it feels like some staff adhere too much to guidelines when staff discretion is meant for common sense staffing, while other times people use staff discretion to do some interesting things, so it's always a bit of a challenge to see how I want to fit in that dynamic.
What have you done well as Trusted?: I can take a full server by myself like a motherfucker. A large part of that is, having been upper staff before, I'm just more comfortable doing things that need done without another staff member coming on if needed. Also tend to be pretty good at sussing out hackers, and I think a lot of the "problem" people are more comfortable with me, as I've been acquaintances+ with them for years and they know how I staff. I also like to think I've been pretty good with helping newer staff kind of feel out how to approach certain things, I know I gave BG a lot of advice as he's been rising up.

Other: I think the biggest reason to -1 is definitely the reports thing. I also need to get an alt for when I'm drinking...but when I'm still coherent yet drunk I staff pretty well smh

Not gonna lie, I don’t see waiting for a response to assign yourself to reports as an issue, especially when they get forgiven a lot of the time, therefore autocompleting them.
Unless you’ve been explicitly told otherwise?
IMO it’s on your fellow staff members if they forget to actually handle the report, and If they want to swipe them as soon as they can it just means you can focus on other things/play the game normally :)
Anyways Bunniey has better rules knowledge than I do so easy +1 from me

+1 for the staff app. Big fan of Bunniey and the way they handle things below the radar when someone unknowingly steps out of line (I mean me and the stupid things I say not knowing full context of the things that have happened since I took a few years off). Big time knower of game rules and regulations. I think they've even slain me once.
