What have been some challenges you've faced as a Trusted?: I've definitely had challenges with realizing which situations to de-escalate and which to not. For example, a few nights ago a troll duo joined and I thought we were having friendly banter with each other and out of no where they start grilling me and said some stuff that was not good. I think I've gotten better with these types of things but I can definitely mark that as a challenge I've faced as trusted.
What have you done well as Trusted?: I think I've done well with communicating with other staff members, asking questions on areas of the rules that I'm unsure of, communicating what to do and when in the in-game admin chat, and I think I've done well with communicating my opinions on stuff in a thoughtful way in the staff chat discord. Other than basic trusted stuff I think that's my biggest strength for sure, love staffing with the team <3.

Damien, you are frequently active and know wtf is goin on. You participate in good natured hijinx and shenanigans and don't let it cross the line. I don't know a single person on the server with a bad thing to say about you. Hopefully if you get this promotion you don't get too big for music nights. Those are fun when I can make it to them
