His first rdm was forgiven, next round he rdm'd the same guy and the report wasnt forgiven. Left in between map changes so I never got the "Left with one slay" screenshot. Also in the same round he rdm'd for the 2nd time, he killed Cody French who was afk right infront of me. Report was never filed.
