Reason to Ban: Constant drama and arguing of staff, tries raising arguments left and right, malicious racism intent, trolling almost every round or attempts.
Proof: it's all voice chat, i have a plethora of witnesses
Other: Not wanting him to be kicked for good or anything, just he needs to be talked to by a higher up and possibly warned, or 1-week would suffice.

The main go-tos for video evidence is demos and other recording software (OBS). I am not so sure if demos show players talking in the top left, or chat, but I would still do it.

console record doesnt show whos talking so it wouldnt be sufficient proof,hypercam is no sound.

@Mr. Final use obs that what i have i dont know how to set it up for gmod though but there are tutorials on youtube and stuff like that
