I hope I'm not too low level to do this, but there were no mods online.
Offender's Name: Buppo, Excel ✪Excel
Offender's SteamID: STEAM_0:0:47305742, STEAM_0:1:79648960
Potential Witnesses: kotawho, @Grunkle Stan ✪Excel
Reason to Ban: RDMing innocents 4 rounds in a row
Proof: In the attachments.
Other: Can't remember if no slurs is a rule, but if it is, Excel used them a lot when called out

There is no such thing as "too low a level".
You are welcome, and encouraged, to report any instances of exploits - hacks - ghosting - consistent/mass RDM - RDM and leaf - etc etc etc; here on the ban request section.
I'm sure a moderator will handle this at their earliest convenience; thanks for the report!

You're never too low a level to get some baddies banned. Both Bubbo and Excel have been permanently banned for consistent RDM. Thanks for your report.
