Then given the date of Nov, 1.
Again I say - double mass is ... heavy.
BUT they did listen to what everyone said so i'm liable to give them a

Im all for second chances, so if he has gone so far as to wait another 2 months from the last request,I say reduce it to like 1 more week and then just watch him for a while.
