Update the steam group links - Sugam - 11-21-2017

People post comments and use our steam group.
While veterans might not use the steam group, new people do.
The last comment was in october.

We need our steam group forum links fixed

I had no idea we changed groups. I understand why,  Dink is the head of it.
(for further validation that this is a good choice,   the former ph staff steam group went maverick)
However this probably means a lot of people don't know about the change.

I made an announcement in the old steam group to aid people in migrating.

Hopefully you approve of this announcement.  Short simple and to the point.

The server owner Dinkleberg has made an official steam group for the community.

He did this because we are more than just a TTT server now
