Should be a easy Perma. Apart from the chat / mic spam, he killed 2 people (1 in self defense, but it was obvious he was trying to Mass RDM).

Perma banned this guy for Attempted Mass RDM, trolling, and spam. It seems clear to me that he came on the server with no good intentions
