Other: There was a staff on (Everyjuan) but he was AFK. I also warn the guy.

This is at most a warning for first time offense per the TTT rules. Also at most would get a day ban probably.

That is correct, MiniMe. I don't think this guy should be banned. He should be told, however, that he shouldn't be able to do this garbage.
