Proof: The server got really laggy while he was on, and he said this in the chat: https://i.imgur.com/thYf3NY.png
After mini kicked him, the lag stopped.
Other: Ask Mini or Avi about it

He has been banned permanently for advertising hacks. Thanks for the report!
