Other: like I said before it isn't my first time applying, I've been on this server for days now and I really like the staff and I also have a lot of experience being staff on other servers outside of gmod and prophunt as well

-1 you fixed many of the issues that I brought up in your last staff app but you arnt on very much anymore and you still tend to mic spam. While you do catch yourself and stop when you realize you are it's the fact that you still do it. Fix that and try to be more active and your next app I will put +1

All your other issue from before seem to have been resolved. Just get yourself a bit more consistent and you're golden my friend ^_^
(also wouldn't reply to people with "um yeah" it's passive and unprofessional)

No I know the reason why he isnt getting on as much anymore it is because he is avoiding a certain staff member which is not a good thing if you are going to have to work together as a team and I dont think you have improved on some of the things. Also non-staff can't give warnings anymore and it causes you to cut in as staff is giving their warnings. -1 Fix these issues and I'll give you a +1 next time.
