Other: I suspected Keva because He was walking right up to props and killing them. Also his time on the server does not convince me that he knows these spots. I ask him if he played on SONA. He didn't know what it was. I then ask speedy to double check. He didn't know him.

From the video he was suspicious but I didn't see anything illegal.

Yea I personally can't be 100 % sure he was using something. I would just keep an eye on them when they are on.
