Other: I know this isn't the best proof, and unfortunately I couldn't get video of him snapping to someone on island and then snapping to a seagull, but you can see he snaps to AlmostMidnight with the shotgun on the ladder in the fist video. The second video shows that I kicked and that's when the lag stopped, but at 1:32ish in the second video he snaps to a target through the scope. The movement didn't look natural.

now that i'm home and reviewing it in depth the lag stopping when you kicked him plus the snaps seem to be pretty obvious, thanks for the report.
