Reason to Ban: Possible Cheat tool used to walk up and shoot them like he knew they was there.

+1 he got like 12 kills in 10 minutes, and Voxx said that he's had a game ban as well as a VAC on as well

- Had no hours on the server. Had both a server and VAC ban. I realize this doesn’t always mean anything.
- They were walking straight up to props and killing them without hesitation.
- They found and killed midnight in his op spots. Most new players never find mindnight when he is in spots like this.
- Had a high kill count in a short period of time
