You also need to screenshot the damage logs from the round by pressing F8 and go to the round the RDMs occured on, if the map is over that it occured on go to the "Old Logs" tab and find the corresponding date as well as hour(s) the map was recorded. You might need to screen your report and the logs before your death tab as well by typing !report and going to the second or third tab in that menu.
