When listing witnesses, please actually name some players that were in server at the time.
Your videos were again lacking. I have been watching this player myself as he's still in server.
He is hacking, your second video is enough proof, but the first one is not. Please keep this in mind :)
I've recorded my own evidence as well for this.
He will be ulx banned due to characters in name
