I want to suggest to gather more evidence in the future for those you think are hacking. Go through past hacker bans and watch the videos and how those are done to get a good idea.
Also your video quality is highly boxy, try turning it up a little :3
This looks less like hacking and more like ghosting, so I'm banning for such.
