Here's a Thread that may be useful.

Basically, you're just gonna have to find a website to upload .mp3 files to. Some good places are puush, weebly, etc.

Festivefireball gave me the link to clip and download videos https://listenvid.com/ clip your music thingy to whatever 30 sec you want, I usually download my clips and upload to kiwi6 so I can reuse them or keep them https://kiwi6.com/
If you choose to play them right off listenvid right click where it says download and click copy link then after !queue ctrl+v at to paste the link after you make a name
For kiwi6 it'll be this link to paste
