Other: This seems a bit weird because it doesn't show him actually defibrillating somebody, but the screenshots I took show baboon, as a traitor, killing his friend, TubbyRat. Conveniently, TubbyRat is alive and RDMs somebody later on AFTER baboon buys a defib. These guys are friends on Steam, and although I don't have video, I literally watched baboon revive Tubby and Tubby shot the first person he saw after walking away. I don't really care if they don't get perma banned, baboon has been on for a good bit without causing a lot of trouble, but at least something should be done? I think?

This situation was handled before I saw this report, I was looking through reports from the previous map while waiting for rounds end and discovered teaming. Players had already been warned for harassment earlier.
