How to fix the ttt_terrortown light error - reed1103 - 07-01-2019
Hi, so recently a lot of people have had an issue on ttt_terrortown where the material for one of the light models bugs out, causing framerate drops, where people get an error like: "models/props_blackmesa/light_lowprofile01_offCMaterial::PrecacheVars: error loading vmt file".
I had this issue back in January 2017, but I fixed it. Here's the solution:
1: Download ttt_terrortown_modelfix.rar from http://www.mediafire.com/file/jyvbfq4hw2313et/ttt_terrortown_modelfix.rar/file
2: Drag and drop the materials folder inside the .rar to your garrysmod folder (C:\Program Files x86\steam\steamapps\common\Garry's Mod\garrysmod\)
3: Hit "yes" when it asks if you want to merge the 2 files.
4: Profit.
