That one video isn't enough in my opinion to ban ^^
The props found were legitimate finds.
The first prop was casting a weird shadow in the corner and the second prop didn't topple then moved before being shot.

At this point, there is not enough evidence to ban ^^ for hacking. He will be watched if he returns in the future. Ty for the report!
