Aight, the only person Ive seen use this is @"Brown Sugar Cinnamon Poptart" and he uses it on non-afk's. tired of having my health stolen. so petition to remove it from the server entirely!

+1 remove entirely, trolls can use it to take health from T buddies if its put as T weapon, and as stated, its pretty much just a troll item in general when used by a detective.
