Your Steam account was only created on the 28th November, did you have a steam account before this? or use a family share account?

Hi GrandpyTroll, been doing some research on both of your accounts and can't find a ban for either. Could you screenshot what it says when you try to join the server and show us please?

Well I'm glad to see through the confusion there seems to have been no ban. Might have confused us with another server?
Regardless, I'm going to close this as it seems to be resolved.
