Really getting sick of this! Help?? - Tronicate - 12-22-2019

As all of you know, steam has a weird bug where it automatically changes language for no reason and a simple change back to English is all that is needed to fix it. Whelp I am now stuck with korean steam and I have tried disabling my vpn, turning on and off location detection on my pc, uninstalling steam and reinstalling from the latest installer, etc. Nothing works and I'm stuck with this. Any ideas what I could do? Here's the video:

I suspect the pages were cached while the language was set in Korean. Travel to %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Steam\htmlcache, delete the contents, restart steam and see if it helps :)

P.S.: Often directories in the %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\ directory created by programs aren't removed when the program uninstaller is ran, it only removes itself from the start menu and program file folders. I recommend anyone reading this clean it out every now and then if you are low on disk space or concerned about privacy/viruses.
