What can you do to help the community: I already know how to use Awarn and the RDM manager so I would be able to easily pick it up. With my (current) open availability I'd be able to quickly respond to help pings. I'm also already in staff chat so I would be able to instantly access the watch list and such. Plus previously being Deathrun staff I already have an idea of how to use the discord channels

Why you want to help the community: I'm already helping the community as a TTT DEV with new weapons and cosmetics but I want to do more for it. Because genuinely I don't have fun playing TTT as a gamemode anymore. When I join I only want the interactions, funny moments, and community. I'm not able to compete with the people who drive by bhop at 1000km/s, Too often I'm forced to wait around until I'm just walked up to and blasted by a shotgun or crossbow dropshot before being able to react. Then I end up getting slain for getting spooked and killing anyone who walks up to me with a shotgun or who holds their deagle out to me while standing still. I know people have done it to me on purpose too just so I kill them. I don't know how to play against my T-Buddies choosing not to fight their friends so in a 2v1 situation I'm the 1. I don't want to have to feel the pressure of having to actually compete in a round but I don't want to be hated just because I'm alt walking around spraying pictures of cats on the walls just having conversations. I want to still be able to provide something to the game in the form of handling reports and warns to keep the good times rolling. Without the stress of if I'm going to accidently kill a T-Buddy because he didn't tell me he muted my voice chat or the detective not mentioning they gave a freeze gun to a random person who I kill for having a t weapon.

I enjoy handling reports and helping new players learn the rules so they don't get slayed for something they didn't know. I play gmod a lot and It's the game I have the most hours in (maybe behind LOL). If everyone knows how to play, then their won't be much of a problem. 

Why you want to help the community: Again, I enjoy enforcing the rules and being welcome to new players because everyone should enjoy playing on the server (Obviously).

Do you have any previous TTT staffing experience in Dinkleberg or anywhere else?: I have around 500 hours of admin (maybe even more) and 1000 total hours on a server that shutdown called TTT GFL Anarchy. I was a giant multi role server that had so many things to remember, so it is nice to play on a way simpler server now.

I'm 18 and still live with my parents and switch between houses often. What have been some challenges you've faced as a T-mod?: 
I have made some errors in judgement both as Trusted and T-Mod (one of which was somewhat recent, sorry again Frost). However my mistakes are typically niche scenarios and while ideally no mistakes is preferable, I believe the overall amount of mistakes I've made as a staff member (both Trusted and T-Mod) are relatively low compared to my overall time as a staff member. Additionally, I do my best to learn from the mistakes I make so as to not have any repeat incidents, and to try to turn a negative mistake into a positive learning experience.

Also, in my T-Mod application I stated that one of my biggest issues as a Trusted was managing a server on my own. I think that, while to a lesser extent than I did as Trusted, some of that issue carried over into T-Mod. However, over my career as a T-Mod I've been forced to staff and moderate servers alone more and more, with player counts ranging from 8-10 people all the way to a full 32 player server with multiple reports coming in left and right. Due to the extensive time I had to spend running the server alone, I can say that I officially feel completely comfortable and confident in being able to staff and moderate servers solo. 

What have you done well as T-mod?:
I believe that I have overall made the Dinkleberg community a better place. As a general player, I do my best to make the overall community better by trying to be a positive influence on everyone around me. I try to interact frequently on the Discord and the forums, not only to be social but to also hopefully encourage others to interact on the platforms (activity breeds more activity). My goal is to create a positive environment where players feel comfortable engaging with one another in our community, and I believe I have done that successfully.

As a T-Mod, I have gotten more comfortable with handling reports and warns. I am able to process reports more quickly and effectively as time has gone on. For warns, I’ve improved not only in addressing issues efficiently, but also in consistently and thoroughly recording evidence/ban requests in the staff Discord. I make sure to handle all reports and issues that come my way fairly and impartially. While I recognize there are grey areas, I follow the rules and guidelines as closely as possible to ensure a consistent standard that players can understand and follow.

They respond promptly and efficiently to reports and other issues, and handle each situation effectively and consistently. Alongside the admins and the Lord O'Mighty Dinkleberg himself, Moderators act as the backbone of the community, helping to maintain a positive environment, encourage peaceful gameplay, and set a standard for behavior in the community.

I believe that as a T-Mod and as a Trusted, I have shown the qualities needed to be a Moderator. I try my best to keep the Dinkleberg community a positive place, while also keeping order and moderating as needed.

I feel that my capability to handle reports efficiently, manage and de-escalate conflicts and enforce rules independently, fairly and impartially demonstrates my reliability and performance as a staff member, and proves my capability to take on the role of Moderator. Moderators are the closest thing to admins in terms of autonomy when it comes to bans and if you're good at making the decisions you are automatically going to be a better candidate for mod than someone who would rather be told what to do as a staff member (Both of these types of people can be excellent staff members, not saying one is inherently better than the other in terms of actual staffing.). I also think someone who is well known in the community and someone who applies themselves in the community is a good candidate for mod because it's always good to know people and have people know you.

When First Joined: Four or five years ago, but I don't recall exactly when.

What can you do to help the community: One of the things I like most about this community is that the server is balanced, the rules are clear and reasonable (and more importantly fairly administered). When First Joined: Four or five years ago, but I don't recall exactly when.

What can you do to help the community: One of the things I like most about this community is that the server is balanced, the rules are clear and reasonable (and more importantly fairly administered). I have seen just about all there is to see when it comes to staffing TTT. There are some scenarios that I may have to double check the motd or staff guidelines just because of the changes made to them over the years. But I believe that I generally do well as staff in general. I do have attention issues and sometimes if a report is left unanswered for a few minutes or if there is a command i meant to type out before a round ends, my forgetful ass may just, well, forget. I would love to say thats something easy to work on but Its just a combination of everything I have going on outside of the server. Once my life settles here in the next few months and I have more headspace for the server, I will be a lot better with my attention.

I believe mods should be decisive and thorough. Able to handle most situations without help. Second opinions are always nice but if someone needs a warn or ban, a mod needs to be able to issue the punishment before the offender goes too far (if they havent already). I do believe I at least meet these expectations

I also feel the need to address the rules that I were convinced were real being a point. As on example I argued with Fanta that bold booze isn't KOSable because I had never seen a kill for it. I would always hear "oh wow you're moving real fast x, no kos tho..." so I really thought it just wasn't KOSable and I hadn't known until I asked about it after the fact. I assume this is something that would be brought up because it shows I'm not perfectly infatuated with the rules. But I personally don't really think this is my fault, like with "suspicion of cooking a grenade" thing that BG told me was KOSable multiple times so I had believed it. Yet when I was slain for it I was told it "sounds made up", I'd find it unfair if the conditioning is used against me.]]>

I read "staff needed" every time I join the server, and many times when I'm on there is no staff on. 
I do honestly believe that this is the best TTT community, and I genuinely love spending my time on here with you guys. I do believe that I am bringing positivity to the server already and I am a fair person. I do however believe that a person that breaks he rules should under some circumstances be able to defend them selves before considering giving them warn points or a ban. It could be an honest mistake.

I know the last time around I wasn't overly active on the discord and still am not as active on the discord. It is definitely something I have to work on. But I am here for anyone that does have troubles or just needs a staff member to deal with an issue. Compared to my last application as well which was a year and some change ago, I haven't stacked on that much time. Just barely doubling the time, but I am getting back into the groove of getting back on the server (when it is up, that is).  Either way, like stated previously, if you need anything or someone to get on, just send a message if I am not already on. I am starting to get back into the gmod kick once again so whenever the server is up, I will try to get on if my work and military schedule allow me to do so.

Availability (Approx. times you play, and time zone): Schedule flips but when I am on, its usually after 6pm on my work days and 3 on my days off. Central Time.

What can you do to help the community: Have prior admin experience a few years back. Plus extra hands on deck can be nice, especially when other staff get burnt out and want to get off the game for a bit to relax.  Otherwise, I am open to having anyone talk to me as well. Reach me on discord or Steam if you have issues or need somebody to get on.

Why you want to help the community: Despite not being staff on this server, I have been on this server longer than I did on my previous server. So I have gotten to know a lot of people. Some are old faces from the previous server. A lot of them are staff or active players. And the newer players I get to learn about and talk to as well. Its a great community, and even without the application, I want to help others as much as I can.

What can you do to help the community: In order to help the community I would want to maintain a fun, fair and welcoming space for all players. Garry's Mod and TT especially, is a game for fun. Everybody should be able to enjoy it! I would help with handling RDM reports, keeping the chat clean and free of spam, while upholding and enforcing the rules.

Why you want to help the community: Since finding the community awhile ago, I have always enjoyed it when I played. I was not very active in the past, but due to recent job and life changes I have had more time to spend playing games! I have lots of fun and make a lot of friends in Dinkleberg, and want to help others achieve that.

Have you been previously banned, or do you have active warn points? (Link Relevant Posts): I do currently have active warn points, due to a key bind I had long forgot about that was pressed by mistake. I had apologized for it and served the day threshold ban. Following the warn I immediately looked at all my key binds to ensure nothing of the sort would happen again.

Do you have any previous TTT staffing experience in Dinkleberg or anywhere else?: I have been staff before, roughly 10 years ago, as a Moderator and feel comfortable using the commands listed to Trusted.
