What have been some challenges you've faced as a Tmod?: Some people harassing others and not listening to me unless another staff member is on. And the constant rdm (plz read other for those I have upset)
What have you done well as Tmod?: My constant activity as well as being a ready and available resource to help the server. I am often on when there are no mods available. Also locating any bugs in maps and reporting those to the dev team to patch. While also helping to prevent any unfair advantages in rule breaking that ruin the fun of the game.

What, in your mind, makes someone a good candidate for Mod? Do you feel that you exemplify these qualities? Being able to help the community by answering any questions while also being very active on the server. I definetely am very active on the server. They should have very good knowledge on the server along with knowing the updated rules.

Other: I love being a part of this community, I have learned so much since I have joined and wish to learn more. I am not afraid of asking questions that are out of my league. I know I rdm too, but I don't mean to have any ill intentions towards those players. So thank you all for supporting me during my time here. I have been trying to apply for Moderator since February before all these issues came up.
