+1, I feel that if he wants to come back after 5 months then sure. If he does anything bad then just ban him again.

As much as I feel I shouldn't, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Plus, I recognize the name from a few months ago and he was a pretty nice dude at the time. Considering he even put the time in to make a report after 5 months, I'll give it a +1 for unban.

I can tell you right now that unless you've changed your attitude towards staff, I honestly wouldn't like to see you unbanned, you were extremely toxic and disrespectful and had ganged up on me with some others, so unless you've had a mindset change in these 5 months, then I don't think you need an unban, BUT if you have, then I'll gladly +1 for a reduction at least
