The only thing kinda fishy about this is the fact that you messaged Lucario "he's lying" a few seconds after someone claimed that they tested after a test or kos, if you were messaging Loco it could be an honest mistake (Accidentally targeting the wrong person in psay) but the message definitely reached Lucario instead, as he was the one who reported it and provided the screen shot.
I'm gonna have to say +1 for a reduction, because your message did interfere with the game and caused someone to be RDM'ed, even if it was an accident
The way ULX targeting works, its easy to message the wrong person, i've muted someone with a simular name multiple times before based off of what moderate said.

Yeah given this +1 for a reduction to a week/unban+2 slays. Seems like an honest mistake that resulted in RDM.
