Deaf never engages in the typical TTT bickering, thats something that comes to mind first.
Kicks ass, is on often, knows all the rules, and is friendly to all players.
Never targets, causes problems, or gets slays. He knows what he is doing.

I see you on quite a bit, and when you are on, you are fun to play with, follow the rules, and help out the new players that join our server, so I don't want to give you a -1, +0 is just cruel, and +0.5 still does not seem like enough

You far exceed the general requirements.
On a personal note:
You have time and time again helped me by handling ban requests when the server gets overly hectic and flood with complicated reports.
You never cause any stand out issues.
Heck, I barely ever even see your name in the report logs.*
*That is to say, you don't get salty about simple mistakes. Showing a level head.
*As well have enough knowledge of the rules to not make even the most mundane of mistakes.
I constantly see you online.
Friendly an helpful to new players.

Never causes any issue and if he/she accidentally fucks up they always take the blame with responsibility.
