Sorry for posting in here. But the first time Harley came on was actually on 2016 but it lasted for like a month and vanished till as dated on her application. Then she vanished again after playing for a couple of days. Then vanish once more ... Comes back and poof again.
All the time doesn't add up to 524 hours. More so, it's less than 200 hours when I added the time up. I presume the 524 hours was her total Gmod hours not server hours. If anyone wanted to know or too lazy to search :} here is her previous application:

This was on April and she was supposed to come back in May to try it again. And the also reason is that if you also calculate the time she had on her previous application and match it up with the rest of her other times, it still won't add up to 524 hours. April 26 of this year was the last time she came on before reappearing recently.

From what I can tell it seems like you come play on the server for a bit apply for staff then leave, I don't want another trusted who plays for a little while loses interest then stops getting on but if you intend to stay I highly suggest familiarizing yourself with the rules and the current ph community. I'll happily +1 you next time if I think you'd make good staff.

I have several reasons to this.
Your time doesn't add up properly.
You don't know the current staff and players around here.
You don't know the new rules maps or illegal spots.
You have a history of popping up and disappearing and we can't handle more inactive staff rn.
You haven't even been around a month honestly, with the new crowd and you're already applying? It's strange. I have seen you two times in the past month, and that was this past week.
Please consider refamiliarizing yourself with the server and it's players and updated rules/etc before reapplying, otherwise, I think you're polite and nice and would be good staff.

I haven’t been on much due to exams but I’ve seen the way you play and have to go with what kasumi and other staff have said. Other then that -1 ^_^ Your a great player - I believe time is something that needs to be work on when learning rules. Trust me I’m the same in some cases

You recently returned then applied for staff, I suggest being active on server for at least a month before applying again.

I'm gonna deny your application for now. Thanks for applying and you were definitely a great candidate when you applied the first time.
