I've heard many good things about how you've handled disputes on the server when staff was not on. I've had a few opportunities to play with you as well. I think you'll make a fine addition to the staff team.

I think you fixed all the issues I had seen on the last application.
I still to this day think you're more than fit for the role as a staff member, and you're one who keeps things calm in the right way, and keeps it fun.
