Well I mean he did get all of our attention.
I’d say you’re on the right track. You do stand out as Dong said and you’re a friendly player toward all. Unfortunately, you kind of shot your self in the foot because it looks like this application will be denied unless it’s complete. Meaning if it does get denied due to incompletion you’d have to wait another month to apply.
