if only ppl read staff guidelines too to reinforce the rules and how staff are generally going to handle situations but people don't like reading things that are more than a few sentences aha
-1, 7 warnings or whatever seems to be beyond generous

I'm glad we could have a former and current admin get together but most of this belongs on another post.
Serve the day ban and I would take it as a warning to not continue with your actions or your ban will be longer.
