I was handling most of the RDM reports and we didn't have any evidence to ban for hacking besides 1 deathscene which proves nothing because its a deathscene... and you scared him away by repeatedly yelling "lycan ban him hes hacking" before we could gather anything.
He wasn't "doing nothing" there just wasn't anything that needed doing...
P.s he banned the "hacker" for rdmx2 and leave because that's all the proof we had on him.

EDIT: after looking at the vid it's way to choppy and there isn't much to ban off of there. Sorry I couldn't help.
