If you and your friends do not want to be gagged for mic spam, I suggest you do not mic spam. Videos make everything pretty clear and your evidence does not provide anything useful.

I do not see any abuse here. The one screenshot alone of Norm does not prove anything - it may have been misconstrued by you and your friends, but actions speak louder than words.
The videos that Norm posted show that he acted appropriately.
