Unban request generally take a week or so to process for permanent bans. This is to allow ample opportunity for community feedback.

I'm unsure how to process this tbh, however since you are still pretty new here so I will give you one pass on this. You will be on a thin ground and staff will be watching to make sure you behave. Refresh the rules by typing !motd in server before you start playing. Appeal approved.
