Since this has been open for as long as it has been, I say that if this is accepted for a reduction, he should be unbanned no sooner than 1-22-21. That'd be a two-month period of where this individual has been banned, which I think would be a fair judgement. If you were to go with this motion, you could do a "this is your one freebie and any other screwups, and you're gone" kind of situation by keeping him on a watchlist and minimum flexibility. Just some final thoughts on this manner.

Even though it was 100% against the rules and I dont 100% buy the story that you didnt know it was against the rules. I do believe however that you were under the assumption that since it was so late at night only you and those you were sharing it wish were able to see it and those you were sharing with it were of legal age.
This was of course wrong; everything is logged and there was no way of absolutely knowing the people you were sharing it with were of age.
Incredibly massively huge lack of judgement, but likely no malicious intent.

I haven't been very active myself recently, but I believe only 1 TTT admin is active at the moment due to life events for the others.

Not doing this really is common sense and you SHOULD know better than to post porn links in-game. If it's not okay to do anywhere else in the community, what makes you think it's okay on the server?
