Proof:  video has paged timestamps. Other: (Optional) Normally, I would say that this amount of evidence would most likely be not enough. However, given that I literally had a discussion about not slurring, and that he  Slurs a known offensive slur immediately leave to avoid ban/punishment indicates to me that this person knows what he or she is doing, and may have done this before.
