Normally, I would say that this amount of evidence would most likely be not enough. However, given that I literally had a discussion about not slurring, and that he 

1. Slurs a known offensive slur
   
2. immediately leave to avoid ban/punishment
   

indicates to me that this person knows what he or she is doing, and may have done this before. As such, I thought it would be wise to put this one on the radar.
