So after going through my videos I found these:
https://youtu.be/qG2BCQhHCFY This is when I arrived and they were talking on about a player, at this moment I was confused I just arrived and knew nothing of the context. The player was already gagged in this moment already(this is something from the link below) and now that I see this I believe he never did get ungagged until a donor did the !ungag * command.
https://youtu.be/kKwlMGeTYxA This is what happened before from the clip I posted here and I didn't remember this(the video I used to the report was one I directly send to a staff member about the ungagging so this is why this is not there instead of that shorter version) for what it seems after Phantom arrived the start telling him about the player that mention about liking a specific game and it seems this player was gagged for saying that?
