all this is included in the rules, it doesn't really need its own thing in the staff guidelines because all rules to do with it are just rdm/tbaiting

Mass rdm should start with a 2 week ban then a perma imo. Also, rdm and leave should not be a ban anymore IMO

Thanks All for taking the time to read and review, some of these suggestions I can work on right away, others I will put in a list for the admins to consider, Hopefully, these will be rolled out within the next few weeks. Gonna close this thread off for now.
