Update:
- Adding !optout functionality. Typing !optout will allow you to disable hearing other players' queues. Typing !optout again will reenable the ability to hear queues from other players. (note: if you opt out of hearing queues' you will be able to hear your own but, no one else's)
- Whitelist is properly functioning.

Currently there is a bug where when you run !stop it will opt you out. I fixed the issue but it may take some time to get on the server. Not sure how I didn't catch it in testing.
To opt back in after this happens just run !stop again for now or run !optout.

!stop and !output are now working properly with the latest server update.
