To clarify that thing he is just friends with eagle and eagle referred chip here.
You might want to consider requesting a vouch from eagle.
Those who might not know Eagle, He is a highly regarded former staff member of the community years back who resigned on good terms.
Great person Wish he played more.
If you are unfamiliar with eagle and see eagle on i recommend you give him a shout, Get to know him. You wont regret it.

TBH I had to agree with fish enough to go through the mobile verification just to like it. Even if it's a no, he's been trying for a real long time just for an answer.
