Availability (Approx. times you play, and time zone): est. i do construction work so most days that i do work i end up just crashing or chilling in discord. i get on sometimes after work but not often enough to give specifics. being that my work schedule is wildly inconsistent i dont feel comfortable giving specific times/days.

What have been some challenges you've faced as a Tmod?: Look, im going to be real here. I have been staff for dinks on and off for 8 years. I have seen just about all there is to see when it comes to staffing TTT. There are some scenarios that I may have to double check the motd or staff guidelines just because of the changes made to them over the years. But I believe that I generally do well as staff in general. I do have attention issues and sometimes if a report is left unanswered for a few minutes or if there is a command i meant to type out before a round ends, my forgetful ass may just, well, forget. I would love to say thats something easy to work on but Its just a combination of everything I have going on outside of the server. Once my life settles here in the next few months and I have more headspace for the server, I will be a lot better with my attention.

What have you done well as Tmod?: Tmod is a role I have had many times in the time i have been on the server and there isnt a whole lot different between this and trusted. I have been good with bringing people who need brung i guess?

What, in your mind, makes someone a good candidate for Mod? Do you feel that you exemplify these qualities? 
I believe mods should be decisive and thorough. Able to handle most situations without help. Second opinions are always nice but if someone needs a warn or ban, a mod needs to be able to issue the punishment before the offender goes too far (if they havent already). I do believe I at least meet these expectations

Jaye, I’m actually gonna -1 you here. I think you’re a very capable staff member, who has done a lot for the community here (love your map btw). I just don’t think you’re active enough to promote to mod.

I know this doesn’t include the last few days due to the IP change and I have seen you then, but the last months I haven’t seen you much. I know I’m one of the guys who is on an AWFUL lot, but I don’t see you on enough to know about how you staff. There’s clearly a lot of people who have seen what you’ve done in the past and trust you, but I don’t know you well enough yet. I also don’t like the idea of promoting inactive staff. I think you’re in a great spot with T-Mod, you mention in this post that there’s times you need to brush up on the MOTD due to rule changes from the last time you staffed. One of the most important qualifications of moderator is having a solid understanding of the existing rules on TTT.  With the earlier comment that this is an “early” app by the two months rule, I think you should take some more time and show some more activity before promotion. -1, but only due to lack of recent activity. Could easily be flipped to a +1 even a month from now.
