What have been some challenges you've faced as a Tmod?: I've mostly faced issues with getting playtime, but now that the server is coming back from the dead this hasn't been an issue. There are some times where I've noticed looking back at it that I didn't de-esculate that well, but I do learn from these moments and try to do better if similar situations rise. Also the !bring command kinda sucks and I struggle with it from time to time.

What have you done well as Tmod?: Karma banning people who should be banned, handling reports, sending in ban requests, making sure people aren't stuck, making sure the server stays chill and fun.

What, in your mind, makes someone a good candidate for Mod? Do you feel that you exemplify these qualities?: First and foremost, people who are very knowledgeable about the rules and it's nuances. Then people who are okay with banning regulars/guests indefinitely even if it's a shitty situation. Then lastly, people who *actually* want to be in the role.

I have no reason to believe that Damien is not to be trusted with a crumb more of power. Please let him be mod because he's been doing a fantastic job thus far for the community.

Damien has worked hard to keep this community alive. He has staffed the TTT server well, kept the discord active, and has taken up multiple leadership roles.
Additionally, Damien has been a moderator before, if memory serves, and is familiar with the role.

Despite all of problems outlined above, I still support him for mod. +1
