Moon has already been banned for 24 hours by Smoky which is the ban length for evading a gag/mute. As for 1:12 I don't see any evidence of a kick or map gag, I will leave this open for the time to see if you have more evidence.

Edit: Since there is no further evidence I am closing this thread.
