Pluto has been banned from the server pending demotion. 

The current stance is 18 points total with 12 being a sexual harassment warn, and 6 being a derogatory lanaguage warn.

Ignoring the underlying issues, staff have a responsibility to deescalate and when they cant their next job is to turn to the rest of the team or message someone else. Not take it on themselves to fight a war against the server.

On the issue from tonight, more warn points may get added. And then after demotion the following threshold ban will be applied. 

I think many of the responses to Pluto's actions have been understandable, but having an "appropriate" target does not make certain attacks ok. Also because your target is on one side of the issue does that open the doors to ignore the rules in regards to that person. 

We will go through each warn one at a time, and assess the comments. Some amount of charitability will be given as both sides were going at it. 

However, now that action has and is being taken. The attacks need to stop and on discord or on the server going forward that charitability will not be extended. 

Anyone who got warned by Pluto. Please dm me so I dont miss anyone and I can make sure to let you know what the final result is.

W demotion, thanks to the admin team for getting this issue resolved as quickly as they could with all of the issues. Absolutely disgusting behavior from pluto and 100% worthy of demotion. Poor behavior was definitely shown on other peoples' part and should be punished as well, but a reaction like that was definitely going to happen given a staff member was exhibiting that behavior.

agree. when there is a clear antagonist in a situation retaliation never makes anything better, and it makes dealing with the issue at hand a longer and more annoying process. you don't have to stir the pot guys im pretty sure that the 2-3 hour war in the discord wasn't easy to miss.
