Nerf manhacks

They were highly overbuffed and now do 148 damage which is a one shot for even touching it.
TTT stop being high and #StopManhackRape.

Ok so this was an accident. Dink & I were messing with damage values for the manhacks because they somehow nerfed themselves again. We'll fix this asap. Really sorry.

The first nerfing was too low, made manhacks pointless, please don't lower them that much again
