I clarified with Milly that this appears to have happened within 1 or 2 maps on the same evening. It appears players may have also been teaming/ghosting, but that's besides the point.

While neither player appears to have committed Mass RDM, both players have been permanently banned for consistent RDM, as the players committed 7 and 9 rdm's/ardm's, respectively.
